An industrialist by instinct, Stuart Guy founded Stockbridge Sussex in 2012 and grew it into the business it is today. In 2026, he rebranded it as Stockbridge Capital Holdings to reflect its evolution, and to unify his expanding portfolio of companies across the United Kingdom and the United States.
Stuart invests in businesses to preserve their legacies, maintaining success, protecting livelihoods, and fostering long-term growth. What began as a single venture has become an international private equity house carrying British capital across borders.
