The operation

Ruby’s Pet Resort is a premier boarding and daycare operation in Lakeland, Florida. In 2025 a struggling facility was taken on and rebuilt into a clean, safe and considered resort, where each stay is tailored to the temperament of the animal. A day guest and a long stay are held to the same standard.

The care

Safety and cleanliness come first, across supervised play, secure grounds, and generous indoor and outdoor space. Owners stay connected through live pet cams and daily photographs, with trained staff present on site around the clock. The standard is simple. Every guest is treated as family.
