The Operation

Ben’s Gutters Commercial works on buildings up to twenty-five metres in height, with a fleet of cherry pickers and ground-based vacuum systems. Its three disciplines are gutter cleaning, roof and cladding cleaning, and the cleaning of soffits, fascias, solar panels and skylights, each supported by risk assessments and insurance-grade documentation. Its clients include hospitals, schools, care homes, warehouses, hotels and heritage sites, on recurring annual contracts.

Accreditation

The business carries ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, the integrated standards of quality, environment and occupational safety, together with IPAF, Safe Contractor and Ladder Association certification among others. This is the documentation that institutional property requires of those it admits to its roofs.
